Meet Daniel

Hello everyone. My name is Daniel Peterson. I am a passionate massage therapist. I specialize in myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and deep tissue massage, with a growing focus on lymphatic drainage. My approach to bodywork is rooted in the belief that massage is a powerful tool not just for physical relief, but for emotional and mental well-being as well. I aim to support each client’s journey toward feeling better in body, mind, and spirit. When I’m not in the studio, you can find me outdoors- hiking, trail running, mushroom hunting and rock hounding. Or at home, living a grounded, hands-on lifestyle with my wife, two dogs, a flock of chickens and a curious kitten. We enjoy homesteading and connecting with nature in all its forms. My work is deeply informed by this connection to the natural world and a genuine desire to help people restore balance and vitality in their lives.

The easy way to start

1.

Relaxation

Swedish Massage

Experience a rejuvenating Swedish massage designed to gently ease tension, improve circulation, and reset your body and mind into a state of deep relaxation.

Deep Tissue Massage

This restorative massage combines targeted Neuromuscular Therapy with the healing power of cupping and scraping to address chronic tension, muscle dysfunction, and restricted movement.
By working deep into the layers of muscle and fascia, this treatment releases adhesions, improves circulation, and supports your body’s natural healing process. It leaves you feeling realigned, balanced, and deeply restored.

2.

Repair

 Myofascial Release

A gentle, hands-on therapy that targets restrictions in the connective tissue to relieve chronic tightness or pain, improve mobility, and restore natural balance throughout the body.

Restoration

Lymphatic Massage

A very gentle, light massage designed to stimulate lymphatic flow and detoxification.
The lymphatic system is part of your immune defense. It helps to cleanse toxins, proteins, cancer cells, viruses, and dead cells up to 20 times faster than your body can on its own.
Once toxins are cleared, your body can relax more deeply and regenerate cells efficiently. Many clients even notice increased energy and natural weight release.

3.

Circulation & Detox

Increase Circulation & Detox → Cupping Therapy

Cupping uses gentle suction to increase blood flow, reduce inflammation, relieve muscle tension, and

promote faster healing.

4.

Pain Relief & Muscular Balance

Muscle Scraping (IASTM)

Also known as Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, this therapy uses a smooth-edged tool to break up scar tissue, release muscle tension, and improve mobility.

Commonly used by athletes and physical therapists, it can cause mild redness but delivers powerful results for recovery and pain relief.

Trigger Point Therapy

Focused manual therapy that identifies and releases trigger points—tight, sensitive “knots” that cause pain or refer discomfort to other parts of the body. This treatment applies direct pressure to these points, relieving tension, restoring mobility, and reducing chronic pain or headaches.
